How to request a refund

Puoi richiedere un rimborso effettuando il tuo reso entro 14 giorni dalla data della consegna. Assicurati di aver letto la nostra Politica di reso, poi restituisci il prodotto seguendo le nostre istruzioni.

Amount of the refund

The administrative costs regarding the refund are borne by the shop. On the contrary, all shipping costs of the product, either by courier or by postal service, are charged to the customer. You will then be reimbursed for the value of the returned products.

Procedures for refund

The refund will be paid on the same payment method used for the order.

Timing of refund

We remind you that your refund will only be issued after approval by our Quality Control team. It's our way to make sure you're always happy with your EXES purchases. Keep in mind that between the date on which you send the item back to us and the one on which we will confirm whether the return has been accepted, it can take about 14 days. We also remind you that, for orders paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement. The refund will appear on your statement with the description EXES.

What to do if you have a problem with the product

If you have encountered a problem with the product, please contact our Customer Service: we will be happy to offer you an adequate solution.

Return policy

If you change your mind, you can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date. We remind you that your refund will be issued after evaluation by our Quality Control team. Between the date on which you send the item back to us and the one on which we will confirm whether the return has been accepted, it can take about 14 days.

The returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, must all have their original labels and must be packaged in their original packaging.

It is mandatory to complete the online return procedure (see the section "How to make a return" for more details). It is not currently possible to make exchanges.

How to make a return

  1. Compila la Procedura di reso online accedendo al tuo account dalla pagina https://exesshop.com/account;
  2. Clicca sul bottone “Effettua Reso” che si trova accanto al tuo numero d’ordine, e segui le istruzioni visualizzate fino alla corretta registrazione del reso.
  3. Stampa il modulo di reso, e inseriscilo all’interno del pacco;
  4. Invia il tuo reso al seguente indirizzo: Fashion Plus Srl, Corso Italia, 55 76123 Andria (Barletta-Andria-Trani)

Costs for returning the package

Se desideri effettuare un reso o sostituire un prodotto, il costo della restituzione del prodotto al nostro magazzino, sia tramite corriere o servizio postale, sarà a carico del cliente.
